A Sweet Partnership for a Sustainable Future 

In May 2025, we welcomed world-class chefs to Silk Grass Farms to see where the French company Valrhona sources the cocoa for its premier chocolate. The group toured our cacao fields and processing facility, and then led our team in a pastry workshop. The chefs witnessed the care it takes to grow and harvest the core ingredient they use every day, and our team helped to make (and taste!) the delicious end product that begins with their work at the farm.
